Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Services Coordinator to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. In this role, you will provide behavioral support services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using your expertise in behavior analysis and therapy to design and implement effective interventions.

About the Position

This position requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB. You must have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with behavioral interventions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on comprehensive assessments and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Provide behavioral evaluations, act as liaison for psychiatric supports, and participate in ongoing assessments.
  • Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
Requirements
  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to review and interpret highly technical information, write technical materials, and speak persuasively to implement desired actions.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is USD 50.00 - 56.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
