We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our production team at our Bulls Gap, TN location. This temp-to-hire role offers a chance to develop new skills and work with a supportive team that provides a diverse and flexible range of outdoor living solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating in-line assembly equipment, ensuring all production rate requirements are met, and maintaining 100% compliance with BOM and product specifications. Additionally, you will create packaging as required for WIP and finished goods, conduct timely quality checks, and report any safety or quality concerns to the Supervisor.
