The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction to optimize profitability.

Policies & Procedures:

  • Comply with all internal policies and procedures.

Market Insights:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover potential customers.
  • Examine market trends to identify emerging products and assess their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Propose product enhancements and new offerings to evaluate their market positioning.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches and promotional events.

Business Development:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients to present our products and tailor offerings to meet their needs.

  • Ensure compliance of all contractual details with company regulations.

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop necessary promotional materials.

Sales Management:

  • Foster relationships with current clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.
  • Recommend new products to existing clients based on their requirements, ensuring a strong partnership.
  • Assist clients with product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise on service enhancements to strengthen client relationships.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations with existing clients.
  • Uphold quality service standards as per company guidelines.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving set sales targets and supporting colleagues as needed.

Data Management:

  • Compile reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing sales data while maintaining accurate records.

Order Processing:

  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to place orders as required.

Invoicing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate invoicing and follow up on payments.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to manage delivery schedules effectively.

Customer Training:

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage.
  • Assist clients with equipment operation and address any challenges they encounter.
  • Perform validation tests with clients to ensure proper understanding of equipment functionalities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related medical field (e.g., biology, biochemistry, nursing, applied sciences).
  • Experience: Recent graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Physiotherapy sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of human anatomy and the Physiotherapy field, excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, effective presentation and negotiation skills, and solid MS Office capabilities.
  • Additional Requirements: Candidates should be Saudi Nationals and possess a valid driving license, with a willingness to travel as needed.
