About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to consumer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and benefits.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process cash register transactions efficiently and accurately, handling sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor, ensuring product representation and accessibility to consumers.
Requirements
  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
  • 2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization
  • Experience interacting with and serving consumers
  • Skill operating Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) systems, and various other retail software tools
  • 16 years of age or older
Working Conditions
  • Frequently in a more active environment, requiring the ability to constantly move about and adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Occasionally requires the ability to work in a place
  • Ability to communicate clearly with others
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
