  • Manage reception tasks, including handling and directing phone inquiries, maintaining accurate call logs, and facilitating the check-in process for research participants.
  • Address visitor inquiries, organize documentation, perform data entry related to research activities, and monitor company schedules to ensure timely responses from relevant personnel.
  • Coordinate deadlines and follow-up actions with the Recruitment Department on assignments designated by the Management Team.
  • Engage in database analysis to identify potential study candidates and assist in fostering company relationships, particularly in networking with new vendors for growth prospects.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the organization in achieving operational consistency and excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Hard Skills: Bilingual proficiency, Clinical Research knowledge, Administrative capabilities, Data Entry, Document Management, Scheduling, Database Analysis, Networking.
  • Soft Skills: Strong Communication, Attention to Detail, Organizational proficiency.

Job Type: This role is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.

Work Environment: This position requires full on-site presence.
