Role Overview

The Restoration Team Leader is responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing restoration projects to meet service demands and ensure a positive experience for our clients. As the primary representative of the SERVPRO brand, you will embody our commitment to being 'Here to Help'.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by managing client interactions and monitoring feedback.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and oversee their performance.
  • Coordinate production processes as planned and ensure quality standards are met; this role requires physical effort.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of job activities.
  • Manage labor and material usage effectively on assigned projects, ensuring proper handling of equipment and supplies.

Position Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning and restoration services.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred IICRC certifications.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and for extended periods.
  • Ability to handle cleaning products and chemicals safely.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
