  • Provide Accurate Estimates: Provide detailed estimates for repair and maintenance jobs, including cost, time, and effort required.
  • Maintain Equipment and Tools: Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment.
  • Advanced Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid California driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour (dependent on experience).
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with overtime required.
