Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Repairer to join our team at Latrobe Specialty Metals Company. As a Mobile Equipment Repairer, you will be responsible for making repairs, adjustments, and installations to powered mobile equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain powered mobile equipment, including trucks, automobiles, high lift trucks, manipulators, tractors, sweeper machines, lawn mowers, and portable welders.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating gasoline-powered vehicles and equipment, and keeping work areas clean.
- Use testing equipment to detect malfunctions of gasoline-powered equipment.
- Install axles, fenders, doors, and other components as required.
- Record work performed on standard forms as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 3 years of experience as a Mobile Equipment Repairer
- Must meet company requirements for fall protection
