Morning Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Erin Hills. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, allergens, and daily specials to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Comply with Erin Hills' policies and procedures, including safety regulations and employee handbook guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant or club setting.
• Basic understanding of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Experience with Point of Sale Systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
