**Job Summary**
Telecare Corporation seeks a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a senior member of the clinical team, you will provide direct psychiatric care and medical treatment to individuals served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and treatment to members served
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine individuals' needs and develop treatment plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science and an advanced degree in a healthcare science as required by the State Licensing program
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience, or its part-time equivalent, working in a program serving persons with mental disabilities
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice
- Active DEA and Furnishing licenses
