Job Summary:

A full-time Nurse Practitioner will manage health problems and coordinate high-quality primary medical care in partnership with Honor Community Health's integrated practice team. The NP will work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing patient health issues and coordinating quality primary medical care
  • Collaborating with the integrated practice team to provide holistic care
  • Maintaining a culture of excellence and compassion
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current certification in Family or Pediatric specialty area
  • Valid license to practice medicine issued by the State of Michigan
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Board certified at hire and maintaining board certification, licensure, and membership in professional organizations
  • Eligible for Medicaid and Medicare provider credentials
  • At least 1 year of progressive experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
