About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hemodialysis Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
  • Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent) for experienced PCTs.
  • BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
  • Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
