Join Our Team as a Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to our patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer dialysis treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
  • Conduct regular assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • IV certification if required by state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior dialysis experience is required
