Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Role Summary:

The Move-In Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition and move-in experience for all new residents. This position collaborates with the Sales and Marketing Department to meet sales objectives, occupancy goals, and enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.

  • Acts as a vital member of the sales team, promoting the vision, mission, and culture of the organization.
  • Monitors and tracks the readiness of all vacant apartments.
  • Establishes, maintains, and communicates move-in schedules with department heads and relevant staff, coordinating any necessary adjustments.
  • Ensures all admission documentation is thoroughly reviewed, completed, and processed prior to the move-in date, including fee collection.
  • Prepares welcome packages and essential documents for new residents.
  • Designs and implements orientation programs for new residents.
