Job Summary

As a Clinical Associate at Mercy Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. Under the direction of a Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager, you will assist patients with their daily needs, perform vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Records system.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Assist with transfer of patients to beds, wheelchairs, or stretchers, using patient care equipment safely
  • Participate in customer service activities, including answering call bells promptly

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience as a Nurse's Aide in a hospital environment preferred
  • BLS certification required
