Job Overview

Compensation

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients for food production according to recipes and directions for service, ensuring flavor, freshness, and quality.
  • Production Management: Follow production sheets, portioning and merchandising details as instructed by the Sous Chef/Junior Sous Chef, meeting production deadlines and maintaining consistent quality on all prepared items.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized station and prep area, adhering to safety and sanitation procedures with guidelines from OSHA, Department of Public Health, and Risk Management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume full-service kitchen is required.
  • Certifications: Food Handlers certification is required.
  • Pysical Demands: Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
