**Occupational Therapist I PRN Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist I PRN to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As an Occupational Therapist I PRN, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients to establish functional, measurable goals to promote restoration of functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet established goals.
  • Document interventions and care in the patient's medical record.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and reassess patient's functional status.
  • Provide discharge planning information, including patient/family education, follow-up, and referral to community resources.
  • Contribute to the development of staff and students.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum: Entry-level experience.
  • Licensure, Registration, Certification: Minimum OT; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
  • Special Skills: Minimum basic computer literacy skills, such as keyboarding, using a mouse, and navigating sites.
