  • Supervise food preparation and service operations, assisting during peak periods to maintain restaurant efficiency.
  • Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery business and speed.
  • Complete daily food preparation, including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, and bread production.
  • Execute closing procedures, ensuring all systems and procedures are completed with 100% integrity and completeness.
  • Manage cash drawers, maintaining accurate records and conducting audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
  • Complete daily and weekly paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills, with strong math abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
