Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and Mixing: Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe specifications, ensuring accurate measurements and timely completion.
  • Temperature Control: Continuously monitor and control the temperatures of dough during the mixing process and the final mixing stage to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
  • Ingredient Management: Monitor and control ingredient inventory, ensuring that refrigerated ingredients are stored in coolers and that waste dough is reused according to specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain mixing equipment clean and sanitized, and ensure that batch containers are accurately identified and weighed.
  • Quality Assurance: Document mixing data accurately and timely, and work to maintain and improve the quality, legality, and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
