Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of MLS listings, including completing listing documentation, posting to MLS, utilizing social media, and developing a marketing strategy to facilitate swift sales.
  • Stage and promote properties to draw in prospective buyers promptly.
  • Price, stage, and market properties for sellers to effectively attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate the best possible deal for sellers by performing thorough market analysis to establish the listing price.
  • Maintain weekly communication with clients to provide updates on their property listings, enhancing engagement and improving customer service ratings.
  • Generate leads for listings.
  • Follow up on listing leads.
  • Implement listing database campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid real estate license.
