**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide frontline services to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the collection of monthly home payments and petty cash, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and services for residents, liaising with healthcare providers and institutions as needed.
- Prepare and submit internal reports, assisting in the development of relevant regulatory reports.
- Assist with filing, maintaining, and updating customer documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Manage orders in our CRM system, coordinating deliveries from vendors and maintaining inventory levels.
- Process staff claims, including medical claims and overtime, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Prepare meeting rooms for family conferences and visits from potential sponsors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Oversee the operations of our service counters, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our residents and visitors.
**Requirements**
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum GCE N Level or above, with a strong foundation in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
