We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a locum tenens basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an outpatient setting and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct thorough physical exams and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Board certification in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner
- Active unencumbered New Jersey NP license
- Two years of experience working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- BC, ACLS, and BLS certification
This is an outpatient only position with no call required. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 9a-5p. The provider will need to be licensed already as they won't start cred without it.
Benefits- Paid travel and lodging
- Less than an hour from New York City
- NP coverage can be Monday-Friday 9a-5p
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and be able to work independently in an outpatient setting. They will also need to be able to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.
