Greenhouse Cultivator

As a Greenhouse Harvester at Preserve Life Corp, you will play a vital role in cultivating and harvesting our organic crops. Your expertise in crop cultivation, pest and disease management, and soil management will ensure the highest quality produce for our customers.

• Crop Cultivation: Plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and care for plants throughout their growth cycle.
• Pest and Disease Management: Implement organic pest and disease control methods, regularly inspect plants, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the greenhouse.
• Soil Management: Monitor soil health and fertility, amend soil with organic matter, and maintain soil structure.
• Greenhouse Maintenance: Monitor and maintain greenhouse infrastructure, repair or replace equipment, and clean and disinfect greenhouse surfaces.
• Harvesting and Post-Harvest Handling: Harvest crops at the peak of ripeness, sort, wash, and package harvested produce, and store crops to maintain freshness.
• Record-Keeping and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of crop cultivation practices, ensure compliance with organic certification standards, and participate in regular inspections.
