Maybrook Hills is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Altoona, PA.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an Occupational Therapist at Maybrook Hills, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Design and implement activities to help residents maintain their independence and daily living skills.
- Monitor and assess resident progress, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continued care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for our residents.
- Provide education and training to residents and their families on proper exercise techniques and equipment use.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Pennsylvania State OT License.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
