Training Programs and Support
Evaluate Residents and develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs.Choose activities that will help the residents to carry out their daily routine independently.Watch the residents as they carry out the task given to them
Observe/assess the progress of the residents & prepare detailed progress reports
Help in rehabilitating residents disabled as a result of injury, illness or other challenges
Maintains resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Shift/hours: PRN

Training Programs and Support Career Advancement

OT will measure and record Residents function, ADLs, self-care, and functional mobility.OT will observe Residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation.OT will assist Residents in carrying out specific exercises.OT will treat Residents with a variety of techniques.OT will help Residents use necessary equipment and devices.OT will educate Residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve function.OT will maintain Residents’ confidence by keeping information confidential.OT will Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.A graduate of an accredited OT Program
