We are seeking a highly skilled Treatment Foster Care Program Recruiter to join our team at HumanKind. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and train foster parents in the Danville area to provide safe and nurturing homes for children.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to reach prospective foster parents and build strong relationships within the community.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to foster families, helping them meet compliance and development goals.
  • Maintain detailed case information, reports, and documentation while leading training sessions and supporting foster parents' education.
  • Respond promptly to all communications and address incidents as required by regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  • Two years of experience providing casework services to children and families.
