  • Process patient payments, handle billing and insurance inquiries, and resolve any related issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a dermatology practice or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
