A Day in the Life of the Accounting Associate

As the Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for entering approved invoices, credit card statements, and employee reimbursements on the Accounts Payable System, ensuring compliance with all state and federal tax and regulatory requirements.

In addition, you will ensure all monthly invoices have been approved and presented for payment. You will be extremely attentive to detail and accuracy, as your work directly affects customer satisfaction. You will provide exceptional customer service, always being friendly and patient.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or a minimum of two years' bookkeeping experience required.
  • Prior accounts payable experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for working with large amounts of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
  • Computer skills including Excel required.
