**About the Role**
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in helping customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, including State Farm products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems, including State Farm's proprietary software.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
