As a Home Loan Specialist at Fidelity Bank, you will play a key role in helping our valued clients achieve their home financing goals. Using our unique C.A.R.E. process, you will consult with each client to design lending solutions that meet their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate first and second mortgage loans and secure mortgage and home equity lines/loan applications for the Bank.
  • Provide the highest level of client service in a positive, courteous and enthusiastic manner to colleagues, clients and the community.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bank loan products, services, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum four years related mortgage lending or origination experience required.
  • Excellent sales, business development, organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to learn and effectively use required technology and applications.
