Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of MongoDB's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamps and leadership development programs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying sales roles in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline.
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be based in the Austin, TX area.
  • Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed.
