About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt, a leading provider of body contouring treatments. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks with clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, to ensure seamless clinical and surgical operations.
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Remain tactful, mature, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Kansas.
  • Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
  • Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States, and RPNs in Canada.
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
