- Census: Average 30+ during the week and 16+ on weekends
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 8:00pm)
- Saturday & Sunday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Schedule: 3 Day/Week & Every Other Weekend (30-min lunch breaks)

Provider Requirements:
- Current Texas State License & Active/Unrestricted DEA
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- 1+ Years of Relevant Clinical Experience Preferred
- (Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, etc.)
- Must be available to treat patients of all ages (3 months and older)
Nurse Practitioner
Current Texas State License
Active/Unrestricted DEA Certification
Certified Nurse Practitioner
Years of Relevant Clinical Experience (preferably in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Occupational Medicine etc.)
Ability to treat patients of all ages (3 months and older)
Bachelor's Degree
