We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team at Johnson Memorial Hospital. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, fluid intake, elimination, bathing, and dressing.
• Deliver ice and beverages to patients as directed.
• Perform selected tasks, such as patient transport, collection of specimens, and distribution of linens and supplies to patient rooms.
• Provide care according to hospital procedures in a manner that protects the safety and dignity of patients.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification required (AMA or Red Cross).
Work Schedule:
• Full-Time, 36 hours Evening shift.
• Must work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
