Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis to derive insights regarding marketing performance, consumer behavior, and campaign success, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL databases.
  • Create and sustain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and convey findings to stakeholders, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of new marketing technology solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to marketing teams on the utilization of marketing technology platforms and tools, covering best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization strategies.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and implement data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and analytics, offering recommendations for innovation and enhancements to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing campaigns and tactics, iterating on strategies based on data-driven insights and findings.
  • Manage marketing data and databases, ensuring data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations, and alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects as required, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and promote business growth.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital communication technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua), and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Education and Experience:

  • At least five years of experience in marketing analytics, martech management, or related fields, with a solid understanding of marketing technology and data analysis methodologies.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or certification in marketing, business administration, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline; or more than five years of relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times.

Salary Range:
$81,000 to $101,000
