Job Overview

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a Lead Physician to expand access to addiction treatment by working with an innovative, multidisciplinary team.

Job Description:
  • Provide appropriate healthcare and teaching to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Addiction Services in developing new programs to improve addiction prevention, screening, harm reduction, and treatment.
  • Take care of patients on-site and remotely, on integrated teams with physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers, along with support staff.
Salary Information

We estimate the salary range to be around $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. Our robust benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage effective on the first day of employment, retirement plan enrollment with employer match options, earned time accrual, and flexible shifts available.

Requirements
  • Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience in community health preferred.
  • Board certification in another primary care specialty (FM/IM) with ongoing primary care practice preferred but not required.
  • Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine.
  • CPR certification.
