About the Role
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to gather accurate information needed for their estate plan, review open matters weekly to ensure they are on track and on time, meet with clients in person and remotely throughout their client journey, maintain accurate timekeeping records, and work well independently and with other team members to provide the highest level of work for our clients. We prioritize the safety and security of our clients and employees, and as part of our onboarding process, candidates selected for hire will be required to undergo a background check and/or a credit check.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of client-facing experience working in a law firm or professional services industry, an associate degree or above (preferred) OR Equivalent work experience, strong communication skills, and experience working in a deadline-oriented environment. You should be proficient with different software and virtual technology, such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft applications, and others, and work in a positive manner with a variety of personnel within a team environment. As an NC Notary Public or willing to become one is a plus. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
