About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Activities and Events Manager to join our team at Blue Jay Springs Senior Living and Memory Care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging experiences for our residents, promoting their individuality, participation, and leadership.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Activities Director to develop a daily/monthly calendar of events that cater to all care levels. This will include activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outings to local community events.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead activities and encourage resident participation. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff alike.

In addition to leading activities, the successful applicant will assist with designated administrative tasks such as maintaining resident sign-up sheets, ordering supplies, and posting daily calendars.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, personable, enthusiastic, creative, and imaginative. If you have a passion for working with seniors and creating memorable experiences, we encourage you to apply.
