Job Description:

The successful candidate will participate with the Activities Director in creating a daily/monthly calendar that caters to all care levels, promoting individuality, participation, and leadership among residents. Key responsibilities include leading activities, encouraging resident participation, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation of the daily/monthly activities calendar.
  • Promote and encourage resident participation in activities and events.
  • Lead activities and conduct programs in a timely manner.
  • Transport residents to various functions using company vehicles (if applicable).

Critical Success Factors:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be creative and imaginative, and have knowledge of the physical and emotional aspects of aging. They should also be able to motivate and positively influence residents.
