About the Role

Cribl, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our webinar and content syndication programs. As a key member of our Revenue Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling digital experiences that drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive webinar strategy, including content creation, speaker sourcing, and program management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of webinars and content syndication programs, including project management, enablement, and content creation.
  • Proactively plan and execute 3 marquee, global live webinars per quarter, while working cross-functionally with SMEs to facilitate a strong content cadence for on-demand webinars.
  • Evaluate program performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations on channel optimization and budget allocation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on webinar and content syndication programs.
  • Strong proactivity, accountability, and a spirit of innovation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to represent Cribl at a high level.
  • Highly data-driven, analytical, and resourceful, with proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing reporting tools.
What We Offer

Cribl, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $99,000 - $125,000, dependent on geographic location. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a generous benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
