About the Role

As a Phlebotomist at Grifols, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough donor interviews to determine suitability for plasma donation
  • Establishing rapport with donors to ensure a positive and comfortable experience
  • Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
  • Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product
  • Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
