About the RoleAs a Phlebotomist at Grifols, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough donor interviews to determine suitability for plasma donation
- Establishing rapport with donors to ensure a positive and comfortable experience
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
- Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health and quality of product
- Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
