We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Ocean Prime Sarasota. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing all items in the pantry, including fillings, tarts, cakes, pies, breads, and more. You will maintain a sanitary workstation and follow restaurant policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of food and service.

• Prepare all items in the pantry according to company specifications, recipes, and quality standards.
• Maintain the highest degree of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety for the work area.
• Display proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation.
• Know emergency procedures for the restaurant.
• Accomplish all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift.
