Job OverviewAt Mountainside Fitness, we're committed to providing a safe and engaging environment for children while their parents work out. As a Childcare Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our young members.Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to children in our childcare room
  • Engage with children through play, arts, and crafts, and other activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure seamless transitions and updates
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • CPR certification within 30 days of starting
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and move freely in the childcare area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
