About the Role
MindWorks Collaborative is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting hearing evaluations on students with suspected hearing impairments, developing and implementing individualized education plans, and providing appropriate amplification and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to identify students with hearing impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to support students with hearing impairments
- Provide appropriate amplification and technical support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic progress and socialization
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student evaluations and services provided
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Audiology
- Current state licensure in audiology
- Prior experience in child audiology, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hearing assistive technology and equipment
