Job Title: Audiologist
Job Summary:
MindWorks Collaborative is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for conducting hearing evaluations, developing individualized education plans, and providing amplification and technical support to students with hearing impairments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to identify students with hearing impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to support students with hearing impairments
- Provide appropriate amplification and hearing assistive technology to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic progress and socialization
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student evaluations and services provided
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to student intervention plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in Audiology
- Current state licensure in audiology
- Prior experience in child audiology, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of hearing assistive technology and equipment for students with hearing impairments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
