We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Site Management: Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site, and maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Quality Control: Identify and communicate issues to the construction team, and ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Superintendents and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial construction, specializing in commercial construction including publicly funded projects.
- Strong oral communication and written skills.
- Ability to successfully manage all aspects of commercial projects, including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
- Competitive salary of $100,000 - $130,000.
