Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

About the Role

The LPN will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. This includes attending to daily operations on a per shift basis and assuming leadership responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree; requires knowledge of a specialized field; less than one year experience; Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation.
