Entre tus funciones, se incluye la obtención de permisos regulatorios, como licencias de exportación y revisiones de cuartel general. Además, deberás mantenerte al tanto de todos los cambios existentes y propuestos en los requisitos de exportación internacionales, federales y del DOE, incluyendo EAR, ITAR, NRC, DOE y embargos del DOS. Evaluarás el riesgo de cumplimiento de exportaciones y desarrollarás acciones correctivas, proporcionarás capacitación en control de exportaciones y establecerás políticas del laboratorio para el cumplimiento de exportaciones, documentando todo en políticas, procedimientos u otras comunicaciones apropiadas.

Responsabilidades Incluyen:
  • Colaborar en la investigación y desarrollo del Laboratorio Nacional de Idaho.
  • Evaluar tecnología, datos técnicos y software de acuerdo con los requisitos de control de exportaciones de EE. UU. Identificar y abordar riesgos de cumplimiento de exportaciones.
  • Interpretar regulaciones, realizar revisiones de actividades, evaluar partes restringidas, resolver problemas de cumplimiento potenciales o reales, identificar permisos o licencias requeridas y recopilar y reportar datos de cumplimiento.
  • Aplicar controles de exportación a programas del INL, instalaciones, Acuerdos de Investigación y Desarrollo Cooperativo (CRADA), Proyectos de Asociación Estratégica (SPP), Revisiones de Propiedad Intelectual, planes de seguridad, solicitudes de viajes al extranjero, liberaciones externas de información, envíos, adquisiciones, propiedad excedente y otras áreas.
  • Educar y capacitar a los empleados del INL sobre el cumplimiento de exportaciones.
Requisitos Mínimos:
  • Título de Bachelor en ingeniería, ciencia u otro grado técnico relevante.
  • Experiencia relevante determinada por el nivel en un campo técnico pertinente. Las disciplinas de interés incluyen química, biología, electrónica, nuclear, ciencia de materiales, política exterior o cumplimiento.
