Responsibilities of the Kitchen Sanitation Specialist:
  • Maintain the availability of clean dishware by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, and resetting dining areas.
  • Prepare dining and kitchen areas for subsequent shifts by cleaning and restocking as necessary.
  • Clean kitchen appliances and equipment, including coffee makers, mixers, and other utensils.
  • Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries.
  • Ensure cleanliness of floors, particularly in case of spills or breakages.
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of garbage receptacles.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff by assisting with various tasks as required.
  • Report any kitchen incidents or breaches of food safety protocols.

Club Overview:

The Country Club of Buffalo stands as the premier country club in Western New York, steeped in tradition and heritage, with many families enjoying membership for generations.
