About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Management Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business objectives through effective management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on management best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations
Requirements
  • Experience working in teams and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Master's degree by Summer 2025
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.

Work Model

If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.

If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
